What is PACE?

PACE is a structured, facilitated program designed to support the cultivation of presence, relaxation, and resilience. By reducing common barriers to personal practice, the PACE series supports healing and recovery while improving overall health, embodiment, and quality of life.

PACE is a structured series of individual sessions that combines gentle touch (or no-touch) therapies, guided meditation, and personal development coaching. Its consistent structure and familiar rhythm support balance, restoration, and transformation by helping the body and mind learn and sustain new patterns of safety, ease, and self-regulation. This foundation creates opportunities for improved health and meaningful personal development.

The PACE program supports whole-person health by creating a calm, compassionate environment that encourages regulation, presence, and growth. Through guided facilitation, participants build the internal conditions needed for healing, resilience, and meaningful engagement with life.

Program Modules

Relax

Health is built on trust and the ability to drop into repair and relax. When we feel safe and secure, the body and mind can begin to heal and recover. PACE Relax provides structured support in a familiar environment, cultivating trust in yourself, trust in others, and trust in the process for greater health and life fulfillment.

Heal

This module builds upon the relaxation response towards a personalized practice for healing. Explore a deeper dive into the body/mind connection to create space for healing, restoration and vitality. Allow the body to heal and the mind to unwind towards peace and ease.

Fortify

This module introduces practices for validation and resiliency. As body/mind/spirit, it is our awareness/consciousness that practices discernment and intention, when given the space to do so. Via awakened awareness, one is more apt to establish and navigate a pathway of life fulfillment.

Enhance

For participants who have completed the first three modules, PACE Enhance provides ongoing support with two monthly sessions at a reduced rate, helping sustain progress and integrate balance and well-being into daily life.
